Checks are not accepted.

CITY TAX
The payment of the tourist tax is not included in the rates and must be paid before the arrival.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be sent exclusively via e-mail to the address [email protected]
Any refunds will be only applied based on the rate conditions selected during the booking.

DOCUMENTS
All guests are required to present a valid proof of identity (passport, identity card, driving licence), which is necessary for the registrations required by current legislation. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the rules of the penal code and authorizes us to request the immediate vacation of the premises.
All guests details are treated in accordance with current privacy legislation.

CHILDREN
All children from 0 to 3 years can stay free of charge.
Extra beds and baby cots may be requested subject to availability and an extra charge.

RULES AND OBLIGATIONS
In respect of the other guests, a decent behavior is always required.
From 22:00 pm to 8:00 am compliance with the maximum noise level (54db) is required.
It is not permitted to introduce strangers and unregistered people into the premises.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the premises including the uncovered areas.
Pets of any size are not allowed.
It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or events.
